However, I want to place the following constructive criticisms and possible solutions:
POINT 1
Your population/clientele is made up mostly of a mature generation, that is, most of us use the computer and that is it. Therefore, when describing such things as networking DO NOT USE terms from the age of technology/computer jargon. . .
It just makes us more confused and the same question you just answered from your "young and experienced in computer terms" will be asked again by another mature clients.
For example:
Instead of saying "networking" To understand I decided that a network simply means talking to family members and as each family member meets more people that are not family you get a community or little district.
POINT 2
The Marketing Department of the Barbados Post Office Service sent letters more than a year ago to all postal service users informing them of their individual postal codes.
Therefore, if you not know your postal codes telephone the Main Post Office Branch in Cheapside and ask the Marketing section for your postal codes.
I have had no difficulty putting in my postal code in the form as Classimax Gold is set up for USA and Barbados postal codes. Most of all, I know my postal code by heart.
POINT 3
Remember in order to read the Classimax Toolkit you must download Winzip so that you will be able to unzip Toolkit then you would be able to read online or print then read.
In conclusion, I will continue to support Classimax Gold Barbados and I look forward to working with this efficient organization.
